Equestrian complex

Students at Glenormiston have access to extensive horse facilities, including a 36 hectare horse stud and 60 horses. The campus has an indoor foaling and breeding complex, and an artificial insemination laboratory.

Old bluestone farm buildings have been renovated to provide stables, tack rooms and classrooms.

Students can also arrange to agist their own horse on campus. The Equestrian Complex with its indoor and outdoor riding arenas allows students to work their horses year round, with access to yards, round yards, a campdraft area and a cross country course. Access to equine heart rate monitors and starting stalls is also available.
