The Banquet Hall is the ideal location for any large scale conference or event, accommodating up to 350 people seated - with up to 40 tables, or 650 people theatre style. The space has been used for weddings, exhibitions, football presentations, debutant balls, indoor bowling competitions, seminars, gala dinners and Christmas parties. If you’re after a smaller affair, such as a cocktail party, the area can be partitioned off into two smaller rooms. Pre-dinner drinks and canapés can be served in the entrance hall and there is ample room in the Banquet Hall for a dance floor with a stage which can be used for speeches and entertainment. The Banquet Hall has a PA system and sound system available for use. The Banquet Hall also has a break-out room, which can be used for team building exercises or smaller meetings depending on your requirements.
The Dining Room, located in the middle of the campus overlooking the orchard, can seat up to 80 people for a sit down conference or event and up to 120 people for a cocktail reception. There is sufficient space for a dance floor and the space can be decorated to suit your needs. The Dining Room has direct entry to the striking gardens and orchard, where guests can mingle and enjoy the surrounds before heading inside. The Dining Room is perfect for Christmas parties, cocktail parties, business planning days or product launches. The setting of the room can be arranged to suit your requirements.
The Multi Media Workroom can be used for business planning days, training, conferences and workshops. The room has access to 13 computers with a central meeting table, seating up to 15 people. The Video Conference Room seats up to 40 people classroom style and has video conferencing facilities and an overhead projector. The computer lab has 18 computers. Wireless internet is available in all rooms and electronic whiteboards and projectors can be utilised. All rooms have access to tea and coffee making facilities.
There are also various classrooms, accommodating up to 30 people that can be used throughout Glenormiston Campus.
The Boardroom is located in the mansion and overlooks the picturesque rose garden. The elegant room features high ceilings and chandeliers creating a warm ambience. The Boardroom can accommodate up to 20 people U-shaped or 40 people theatre style. Tea and coffee facilities are available. The Boardroom can also be used for cocktail receptions of up to 40 people.
The Warratah Room, Prenzel Room and Wisteria Room are all located in the mansion and can be used for conferences and events. The Wisteria Room, which overlooks the Croquet Lawn and the wisteria vine, is great for launches and functions. It holds up to 60 people cocktail style. The Warratah Room and the Prenzel Room - which feature the carvings of Robert Prenzel – are great for board meetings, planning days or break out rooms for larger scale events. Both rooms seat up to 25 people boardroom style and tea and coffee facilities are made available in the reception hall of the mansion.
The pristine Croquet Lawn sits adjacent to the wisteria-adorned mansion with sweeping views of the property. This exquisitely manicured lawn is nestled among native and exotic plants creating a natural and relaxed atmosphere. The space is ideal for a summer’s day conference or event, where guests can enjoy the long daylight hours and the stunning surrounds. This space can also be used well into the night, with ample room for a marquee.
