South West TAFE’s Glenormiston College offers a range of conference, accommodation and recreational facilities to conduct successful, enjoyable conferences, seminars and meetings.
The conference venues include the very latest audiovisual equipment and videoconferencing facilities. These facilities include:
- ergonomic furniture
- specific and natural lighting
- display and presentation facilities including electronic whiteboards, lecterns with microphone, TV/VCR, data projectors , overhead projectors and
- wireless networks
- blackout capabilities
- close vehicle access
- refreshments and catering available to suit your requirements.
With the range of meeting spaces, accommodation and recreational facilities Glenormiston College can suit all types of social events, including exhibitions, balls, weddings, retreats, family celebrations and reunions. The College itself is set on beautiful, magnificently kept grounds, providing vistas and walks through the trees and gardens around the historic bluestone mansion. From the rose garden above the oval, a walk leads past the tennis courts and back to the residential accommodation.
Other recreational facilities available include a swimming pool, gym, squash court, sports oval, multipurpose hall and games room, and these combined with the day to day events of a working equine stud farm and dairy herd, ensure guests have the perfect combination of work and pleasure available throughout their stay.

Accommodation
Glenormiston College provides accommodation for groups or tours for up to 130 people. The accommodation is ideal for smaller groups (including families) during traditional holiday periods or business groups all year round.
Our accommodation is well maintained and serviced, and represents great value for money. It is set in beautiful grounds, providing walks through trees and gardens around the historic mansion. Visitors also have access to recreational facilities including the swimming pool, gym, and tennis and squash courts.
Rooms are available as single rooms or bunk bed rooms, arranged in blocks of five, with a common lounge room, toilet and shower facilities.
